Shipping conditions

Delivery takes place domestically (Federal Republic of Germany) and to Austria.

Shipping costs - end customers

For shipments we charge a flat rate for packaging and delivery as follows:

Domestic delivery (Germany):

We charge a flat rate of €4.90 per order for shipping costs.
We deliver free shipping for orders over €29.99.

Delivery to Austria:
We charge a flat rate of €9.90 per order for shipping costs.
We deliver free shipping for orders over €59.99.

Delivery takes place via Deutsche Post/DHL. Delivery to packing stations is possible within Germany. A pickup is not possible.

Delivery times

With standard shipping, the ordered goods will be delivered within approx. 2-4 working days after full payment, unless otherwise stated in the respective product presentation in the offer.

Please note that there is no delivery on Sundays and public holidays.

If you have ordered items with different delivery times, we will send the goods in one shipment. The delivery time in this case is determined by the item with the longest delivery time that you have ordered.
